Samsung B-die DDR4 kits were always expensive, to this day they still demand quite a substantial premium. Substantial enough to be close, if not more expensive, than great DDR5 kits, especially in the 2x16GB configuration, and the B-die 2x8GB kits, well… they cost double what a good 3200 CL16 or 3800 CL18 2x8GB kit would cost.

In other words, for those who are building a new PC, B-die kits are not worth the cost, you would be better with a much more affordable DDR4 kit, or even going with DDR5.

But for those looking to get a good B-die kit to mess around with overclocking, latency tuning, benchmarking, to upgrade a current AMD AM4 build performance, maybe pair with a Ryzen 5800X3D, or whatever the reason, this list if for you.
