High-end Intel CPUs, when at load, generate a lot of heat, and to cool all that, you need a good cooling solution. CPUs like the i9-13900K are going to need a good 360mm, 420mm AIO, or custom watercooler, but all the others are possible to cool with more affordable solutions.
